The setup of a support group and therapy sessions for parents who have lost an infant

Distributing  pre-loved nursery equipment across Sydney Providing ongoing funding assistance for operations staff, management and distribution tracking systems

The Life Skills program, assisting at risk teenage girls to develop practical life and workplace skills. The SEED program, assisting teenage girls to develop healthy relationships, self-esteem and critical thought processes around media usage.

Ongoing funding and support for over 12 years  in the Sutherland Shire Sister to Sister Project, assisting mothers of newborn babies who are at high risk of post-natal depression. Contagious Calm Project providing volunteers to support new mothers at home who are experiencing high anxiety and post-natal depression. Extension of the existing Volunteer Home Visiting Service into the St George areas.

Enabling at risk and marginalised teenage girls to join the SISTER2sister mentoring program.

INSPIRE Project, a successful youth mentoring program supporting young teenagers in contact with the juvenile justice system.

Labour Y Project, a social enterprise for training and placing youth at risk into employment.

Project Educate, a pilot program for intensive educational support support

Ongoing funding for Child and Family Caseworkers in support of women and children who are experiencing domestic violence and homelessness; and for Case Manager for clients with complex social and mental health needs

 

Project for enabling case managers to streamline the referrals process and connect marginalised people immediately with social services

‘Links to Safety’ program, providing access to timely and critical safety measures for women escaping domestic violence. Love Bites Respectful Relationships Program for high-school student education on avoiding domestic violence, sexual assault and unhealthy relationships. Building Resilience in Children (BRIC) program supports mothers and their children post domestic violence  builds resilience and deal with trauma

$1.2 M funding for the construction of the Milkarie Integrated Childcare Centre accommodating 47 children

 

Enterprising Women program – combined seed and loan funding for a social enterprise supporting 15 women.
